Our History
With experience in the real estate and property management industries since 1998, I am the Owner/Operator of Dunn Deal Properties. I purchased my first Mississippi Gulf Coast investment property in 2004 and witnessed the power of the community first-hand through Hurricane Katrina. Immediately following Katrina, I was privileged to get to work assisting FEMA workers and property adjusters find places to rent and really started my business by helping with the revival of the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Today my company, Dunn Deal Properties, takes pride in premiere customer service for guests and homeowners alike. My business has grown over the years, and I am proud to offer the kind of hometown hospitality that you only find in the south. Whether you are looking for your next beach vacation destination or seeking to invest in a vacation rental, we are ready to assist!
Being a Real Estate Broker and owner of Dunn Deal Properties I am happy to have my energetic daughter, Lexi, as a real estate agent to assist buyers and sellers alike. Whether for investment or to make the Mississippi Gulf Coast their next home.
On the side of my property management company I am lucky enough to employ 3 energetic women... two whom are local and very familiar with the Mississippi Gulf Coast... and the other being a Mississippi native... on my rental team to assist in every aspect of your rental whether it be a short term quick get-away, a military TDY stay, or here on business.
