Any issues are resolved within 48 hours. Beds are all comfortable sleeping. However, bring dark colored socks as the white tile floors are very dirty and will make your feet black. There floors eeally need to be scrubbed or steam cleaned. Other than the floor, the unit was great! The unit sleeps many people in seperate areas.

We had an absolute fantastic day. It was nine of us, my son and daughter-in-law and his five kids my wife and I. We had a great stay you could have astray better view absolutely fantastic place the bed slept great. Only issue I had was the refrigerator had went out, but the owners had promptly purchased a new one and had it delivered.
