Legacy Villa 0406

Our family stayed for the Fourth of July Holiday. Our stay was enjoyable overall. The residence is aesthetically appealing. However, the cleanliness of the condo was just surface level and, while it was not a deal breaker, more was expected for the price. The amenities of the condo, such as it being a gated community, having 2 pools, its family friendliness, and close proximity to the various attractions and restaurants are great. We did have a minor mishap to occur during our stay, but the property manager was very professional and took care of it immediately. I would also note that it has a stairway to embark when you first enter to get to the living quarters that one must be mindful of for anyone who has mobility issues or has small children.

Manager's Response

I booked a condo with 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a king sized bed and the other 2 rooms with 2 queen sized beds in each room. An indoor swimming pool, which was important to my family since it was cold outside. I booked in advance and it was non refundable. The condo we were placed in was in a different location and the bedrooms were very small with one full size bed in two of the rooms. No indoor swimming pool. Broken dining room chair, dirt on the floor, bugs in a bucket in the pantry. I felt it was a bait and switch. The sofa had a bed but no sheets or blankets. One washcloth for four people. Not enough towels for 7 people. I call the manager on duty and later that day, the housekeeper brought a sheet set and towels and said the manager would bet called never got a call or blankets.
